Jinan Jincaiyang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2013, with a total area of 50 acres and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. It is located at No. 8 Kunshan Road, High tech Industrial Park, Yanzhuang Street, Gangcheng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. The company currently has 110 employees and is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of PVC pigments, PVC stabilizers, and various PVC functional additives.

In 2021, the company will use innovative thinking to drive continuous innovation in products and management. Through various means such as refined management and technological transformation, it will reduce costs and increase efficiency, further achieving asset appreciation.

The company's sales revenue in 2021 was 142152600 yuan, an increase of 50.2331 million yuan or 54.65% compared to 2020. The development and improvement of the company cannot be separated from the efforts of every employee in Jincaiyang.

In 2021, the company's customer satisfaction rate was 99.87%. Although the satisfaction rate was relatively high, there is still a certain gap compared to the full score. The company will continue to strengthen the research and development of product processes in 2022, and provide training on existing product quality inspection and operation standards to improve employees' operational level and quality awareness.
