Disclosure of Responsibility Information for Hazardous Waste Pollution Prevention and Control
Pollution prevention and control measures:
1. According to the requirements of hazardous waste management, a unit with a hazardous waste business license should be entrusted to collect and dispose of hazardous waste, and the annual hazardous waste management plan of the unit should be submitted to the Ecological Environment Bureau before February of each month.
2. When transferring hazardous waste, fill out the transfer form and keep it on file.
3. Strictly collect hazardous waste according to the business scope, and confirm the packaging is intact before entering or leaving the warehouse.
Emergency response measures:
1. When a hazardous waste leak occurs, the person who discovers it should immediately report to the company leadership, notify the management personnel and safety officers of the hazardous waste warehouse, and take effective measures for emergency disposal to prevent pollution from expanding. If any personnel are injured, they should be promptly sent to medical treatment.
2. On site disposal personnel should wear protective clothing and other protective equipment, and dispose of the site strictly in accordance with the hazardous waste management system and operating standards.
